Dr. Toy's 2016 Best Green Company Award - Green Kids Club

Dear Sylvia,

We are pleased to bestow the tenth BEST GREEN TOY Company Award to Green Kids Club for its book series that helps to educate children about the environment and how to protect natural resources. This is the tenth time we have proudly recognized selected special companies that are leading the way in creating a better and healthier environment. You have created products that are effectively helping to improve the planet and at the same time helping children better appreciate their environment.

You have shown leadership with your company’s efforts to produce innovative products. You also are helping to change the work place environment to make a difference and to help reduce the carbon footprint. This recognition considers how your company uses eco-friendly ways to provide important playthings for children and families as well as products that educate children with green awareness. Your winning product will be featured also in the roster of BEST GREEN TOY Products 2016 and be presented on our site and in the release.

You have, as a mother and environmental engineer, carefully created an innovative product line that effectively teaches children about the issues and how they can be involved to solve the problems. You founded Green Kids Club to encourage “Growing up Green.” Each story introduces a tough environmental issue such as poaching or habitat encroachment. With the help of talking animals and local friends, the Green Kids manage to get into and out of trouble and learn more about helping the environment. Unique, multi-faceted approach to engaging kids through stories, activities, lessons, video and music. The Green Kids Club works with animals to improve our world by using basic sustainability concepts of preservation, reduction, prevention and mitigation. Stories are developed to teach children the importance of protecting habitats to maintain ecosystems, animal life and ultimately human life.

The previous Best Green Company Awards were presented to Bears for Humanity, Blue Orange Games, Green Toys, Hape Toys, Hugg a Planet, Maple Landmark. OWI, Plan Toys, and Thames & Kosmos.

Your awards can be promoted widely as it distinguishes Green Kids Club as an innovative green company dedicated to providing environmentally supportive products.

We have prepared for you two certificates for the Best Green Product and Best Green Company award which are enclosed, and a release to give more details. The release will be widely circulated. We encourage you to produce your own and please send us a copy. We would like to know how our awards have been of benefit to your company.
